I was trained in Evidence Based Practice techniques through the Office of Mental Health in New York, NY. I utilize Motivation Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Family Systems Theory and Harm Reduction modalities to help individuals understand personal motivations and ways to effectively change behavior throughout the spectrum of life.

Professional Supervision
I am able to help with Individual Supervision for your MSW or LCSW. I have experience in inpatient and outpatient medical and mental health care settings.

Nursing Home Consulting
I was previously the Director of Social Services at two nursing homes, one SNF and one long-term care. I have previously provided Consulting and Supervision for facilities that do not have an MSW on staff. I am familiar with MDS, PCC and facility regulations in CO for CDPHE Survey.
